The faculty of Medical Science comprises two curricular tracks, Pathways and Health Sciences & Technology. Pathways incorporate pedagogical approaches that foster active learning and critical thinking, earlier clinical experience, advanced clinical and science experiences. (HST) is a joint program with the Universities in Khartoum. It is oriented toward students with a declared interest in careers in Medicine or a strong interest and background in Molecular Science.

Science teaching takes place at SCMST in a unified Department of Computer Science. Our academic staff are committed to a common science foundation as well as to advanced work in their own specialities, which include most branches of the subject. We have especially strong links with computing, materials science. This broad view of science, based on a scientific approach to the fundamentals, is part started with our foundation in 2013.

The disciplines in this field seek to deepen our understanding of how people behave in a wide variety of contexts and to assess the consequences of individual, group, and societal decisions.Collectively, Social Science seeks to explain and investigate the functioning of society and address the vast array of pressing contemporary issues that affect individual and societal well-being.

Our three programs in visual communication, multimedia design and design management prepare students to contribute to the public discourse on design and take part in shaping the rapidly growing discipline. Our students become creative leaders, unlocking new worlds of potential through mastery of design thinking, innovation, communication design and digital technologies.
